Design Sizes:
- Left Chest Shirts - 3.5" Wide by 2" High
- Left Chest Jackets - 4” Wide by 3” High
- Sleeves - 2.5” Wide by 1” High
Pockets:
Most pockets cannot be embroidered. If the pocket is large enough we may be able to
embroider it, however we would need to see a sample for evaluation.
Bags:
We must see a sample to evaluate the location you wish to embroider.
Embroidery Formats:
We support Barudan (FMC or FDR), Tajima (DST), Melco Expanded, Brother, Toyota, and ZSK. Our online proofing tool
will only support Tajima DST format.
Digital Art:
We accept PC formatted disks containing BMP, JPG, GIF, or any type of file created by an Adobe product.
Lettering:
All lettering must be 3/16” high. Fonts closer to a block style (without serifs) the smaller
we can make it without compromising quality.
PMS Colors:
You may use PMS colors as a guide when specifying colors to us, however for exact color matches refer to
the Madeira color chart. Callenstitch uses Madeira brand threads on all embroidery.
Other Tips:
- Get a product proof where possible
- Send camera ready artwork where possible
